This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit or make a purchase from saddlesociety.shop (the "Site"), subscribe to Saddle Society, complete a personalization quiz, or otherwise interact with us.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PERSONALIZATION 

Saddle Society may collect sizing, apparel, equine, Western lifestyle, rodeo, or other preference information to personalize products and subscription boxes. Personalization depends on available inventory, information provided by the customer, and Saddle Society's curation process. Providing preferences does not guarantee that every item will match every preference submitted.

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, analytics technologies, advertising technologies, and similar tools to operate the Site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, measure advertising performance, and improve our services. SHOPIFY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES 

Our store is hosted using Shopify and may integrate with third-party applications and services, including subscription, quiz, marketing, analytics, communications, advertising, shipping, and payment technologies. These third parties may process information according to their own privacy practices and applicable agreements. 

EMAIL AND SMS/TEXT COMMUNICATIONS 

If you opt in to promotional emails or text messages, Saddle Society may send marketing communications subject to applicable law and your consent. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe instructions in the message and may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP or using another opt-out method provided in the message. HELP may be used where supported for assistance. Transactional communications regarding orders, shipments, account activity, subscription billing, security, or customer service may still be sent when permitted or necessary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 

DATA RETENTION 

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
