TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Last Updated: September 16, 2026 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of saddlesociety.shop and your purchase or subscription to products and services offered by Saddle Society. By accessing the Site, placing an order, enrolling in a subscription, or otherwise using the services, you agree to these Terms.
IMPORTANT DISPUTE NOTICE
PLEASE READ THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION CAREFULLY. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THESE TERMS REQUIRE INDIVIDUAL BINDING ARBITRATION OF MOST DISPUTES, INCLUDE A
CLASS ACTION WAIVER
, AND WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, SUBJECT TO THE SMALL-CLAIMS AND OPT-OUT PROVISIONS BELOW. ELIGIBILITY
By using the Site or making a purchase, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or are using the Site with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Additional age restrictions may apply to particular products where required by law.
PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Saddle Society offers Western lifestyle, apparel, equine, tack, grooming, supplement, and related products. Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to: Limit product quantities Substitute products when reasonably necessary Discontinue products or offerings Correct product descriptions, pricing, or other errors Refuse or cancel orders where permitted by law Colors, packaging, sizing, retail values, and product appearance may vary from photographs or promotional materials.
SADDLE SOCIETY SUBSCRIPTIONS
Saddle Society subscription boxes are recurring subscription products. Your first subscription payment is processed immediately when you subscribe. After the initial subscription purchase, recurring monthly renewal charges are scheduled for the 18th of each month until canceled. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize Saddle Society and its payment service providers to charge your selected payment method for each recurring subscription period at the then-applicable rate, plus applicable taxes and shipping, until your subscription is canceled. Billing and shipping dates are different. Renewal boxes charged on the 18th are generally scheduled for fulfillment and shipment during the first week of the following month, generally around the 5th, subject to weekends, holidays, inventory, carrier conditions, and the Shipping Policy.
CANCELLATIONS
Customers may cancel an active subscription through the available customer account or subscription management portal. If you experience difficulty canceling, contact service@saddlesociety.shop. Cancellation must be completed before the recurring charge is processed on the 18th to avoid that month's renewal charge. Canceling stops future recurring charges after the cancellation becomes effective; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been billed, processed, prepared, or fulfilled.
FAILED PAYMENTS
If a subscription payment fails, Saddle Society or its service providers may attempt to process the payment again. Failure to successfully process payment may result in delayed fulfillment, suspension, or cancellation of the applicable order or subscription. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment information.
SUBSCRIPTION BOX CONTENTS
Saddle Society is a curated subscription experience. Box contents may vary between customers, subscription periods, preferences, sizes, available inventory, vendor availability, season, and Saddle Society's curation process. Images, videos, advertisements, social media content, previous boxes, and promotional materials may show examples and do not guarantee that a specific product, brand, style, color, item, or retail value will be included unless expressly stated.
CUSTOMER PREFERENCES AND SIZING
Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing and preference information. Saddle Society may use customer responses to personalize boxes but does not guarantee that every product will perfectly match every preference. Changes should be submitted before an order is processed; later changes may not apply until a future box.
EQUINE AND ANIMAL PRODUCTS
Certain boxes may contain equine, grooming, supplement, topical, tack, feed-support, or other animal-related products. Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels, ingredients, warnings, sizing requirements, directions, dosage instructions, manufacturer instructions, expiration information, and suitability before use. Saddle Society does not provide veterinary advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent animal disease.
ANIMAL INJURY, ADVERSE REACTION, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Animal responses to supplements, topical products, grooming products, tack, equipment, treats, and other products can vary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer assumes responsibility for determining whether a product is appropriate for a particular animal and for supervising its use. Discontinue use and seek appropriate veterinary care if an animal experiences an unexpected or adverse reaction. Consult a qualified veterinarian before introducing a supplement or product if an animal has a medical condition,
known allergy, is pregnant or nursing, is receiving medication, competes under medication-control rules, or has other special health considerations. Saddle Society is not responsible for injury, illness, allergic response, performance impact, veterinary expense, property damage, or other loss caused by misuse, undisclosed sensitivities, failure to follow manufacturer directions, or risks inherent in animal care, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
PRICING
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases or subscription periods. Where required by applicable law, customers will receive notice of a material subscription price change before the changed price is charged. Taxes and shipping charges may apply.
PROMOTIONS, INTRODUCTORY OFFERS, AND DISCOUNTS
Promotional offers, introductory rates, free or discounted first boxes, credits, referral rewards, and coupon codes may be subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, quantity limits, or one-per-customer or one-per-household restrictions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, introductory pricing applies only for the disclosed promotional period and the subscription will renew thereafter at the then-current regular subscription price. Promotions may not be combined unless expressly allowed. Saddle Society may reject, reverse, or cancel promotional benefits associated with fraud, multiple-account abuse, resale schemes, chargeback abuse, manipulation, or technical error, subject to applicable law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Saddle Society name, branding, logos, website content, photography, graphics, product descriptions, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Saddle Society and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Saddle Society content without written permission.
PROHIBITED USE
You may not use the Site for unlawful purposes; to commit fraud; to interfere with Site security or operation; to introduce malicious code; to impersonate another person; to scrape or commercially exploit Site content without authorization; or to abuse promotions, subscriptions, refunds, claims, or chargeback processes.
THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Certain products sold or included in Saddle Society boxes are manufactured by third parties and may be subject to manufacturer instructions, warnings, warranties, recall procedures, and terms. References to third-party brands do not necessarily imply sponsorship or endorsement beyond an applicable vendor, dealer, wholesale, or commercial relationship.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and Saddle Society services are provided on an "as available" basis. Except for warranties that cannot legally be excluded, Saddle Society disclaims implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
EQUINE AND ANIMAL INJURY / ADVERSE REACTION DISCLAIMER
Saddle Society may distribute or sell equine and animal-related products, including supplements, grooming products, topical products, treats, tack, equipment, and other animal-use products manufactured by third parties. Saddle Society does not manufacture most third-party products included in its subscription boxes and does not provide veterinary, medical, nutritional, training, or professional animal-care advice. Customers are solely responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate and safe for their particular horse or other animal and for reviewing all manufacturer labels, ingredients, warnings, dosage instructions, fitting instructions, age restrictions, contraindications, and directions before use. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Saddle Society is not responsible or liable for injury, illness, allergic reaction, adverse reaction, lameness, digestive upset, behavioral reaction, property damage, veterinary expenses, loss of use, permanent disability, or death of an animal arising from or related to the use, misuse, application, fitting, administration, storage, handling, or consumption of an equine or animal-related product distributed or sold by Saddle Society, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded. Customers should consult a licensed veterinarian before administering supplements or other products when an animal has an existing medical condition, takes medication, has known allergies or sensitivities, is pregnant or nursing, is competing under medication or substance rules, or whenever the customer is uncertain whether a product is appropriate. Use of an equine or animal-related product constitutes acknowledgment that animal products may carry inherent risks and that individual animals may react differently to the same product.
COMPETITION AND PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES
Saddle Society does not guarantee that any supplement, topical product, grooming product, treat, feed-support product, or other product is permitted under the rules of AQHA, NCHA, PRCA, NRHA, 4-H, USEF, FEI, or any other association, sanctioning body, show, rodeo, race, competition, or event. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable medication, drug-testing, prohibited-substance, withdrawal-time, ingredient, and competition rules before administering or using any product. Saddle Society is not responsible, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for disqualification, suspension, penalties, loss of winnings, loss of eligibility, positive drug tests, or other competition-related consequences resulting from a customer's use of a product.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saddle Society will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Site, products, subscription services, shipping, or use of third-party products. Saddle Society's aggregate liability will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the applicable product, order, or subscription giving rise to the claim, except where such a limitation is prohibited by law.
RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you acknowledge and accept the ordinary and inherent risks associated with Western, ranch, rodeo, equine, outdoor, animal-care, tack, grooming, and related products and activities. You release Saddle Society and its affiliates, owners, employees, agents, and service providers from claims arising from your misuse of products, failure to follow labels or manufacturer instructions, use of products for unintended purposes, or risks inherent in activities in which the products are used, except to the extent a claim cannot legally be released or waived.
INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saddle Society and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site or products, violation of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of another person's rights, or misuse of customer-provided content, except to the extent prohibited by law.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the Federal Arbitration Act or other applicable federal or state law controls or where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before filing arbitration or a lawsuit permitted under these Terms, the party asserting a dispute must provide the other party written notice describing the dispute and requested relief and allow at least 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter informally. Notices to Saddle Society must be sent to service@saddlesociety.shop. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking temporary or emergency relief where legally available.
BINDING ARBITRATION
Except for disputes eligible for small-claims court or claims seeking injunctive relief for misuse or infringement of intellectual property, and except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, a subscription, an order, billing, shipping, or a product will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision. Unless the parties agree otherwise, arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. Arbitration may be conducted by documents, telephone, video conference, or in person as the arbitrator permits. If an in-person hearing is required, it will occur in Mississippi in a reasonably accessible location, unless applicable law or the arbitration rules require another location. Each party retains any rights to fee shifting or cost allocation provided by applicable law or the governing arbitration rules.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff, claimant, or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, coordinated, mass, private-attorney-general, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party's individual claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
JURY TRIAL WAIVER
For any dispute that proceeds in court rather than arbitration, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, each party knowingly and voluntarily waives the right to a trial by jury.
SMALL-CLAIMS COURT EXCEPTION
Either party may bring an individual claim in a court of competent jurisdiction that qualifies as small claims, provided the claim remains individual and within that court's jurisdictional limits.
ARBITRATION OPT-OUT
You may opt out of the binding arbitration and class-action-waiver provisions by sending a clear written opt-out notice to service@saddlesociety.shop within 30 days after the date you first accept these Terms. Your notice must include your full name, the email address associated with your Saddle Society account or order, and a statement that you are opting out of arbitration. Opting out of arbitration does not affect any other provision of these Terms. An opt-out applies only to the person who timely submitted it and does not create an opt-out for other account holders or household members.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect, except where applicable law requires a different result for the arbitration or class-action provisions.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes affecting recurring subscription terms, arbitration, or other consumer rights will be communicated or presented as required by applicable law.
